SOUND HEALING & YOGA & MANTRAS & MUSIC & CREATION

About Me...

... and my travel project GO-ONg the Road

I studied Audiovisual Arts, Multimedia and Design at Tomas Bata University. After working in film post-production and TV production, I spent 9 years as a professional camera operator for Czech Television, working on documentaries, and news.

Over time, life led me in new directions — into yoga, sound healing, mantra chanting, and songwriting. I trained as a Hatha and Kundalini Yoga teacher, led yoga classes, retreats and gong sound baths, and gradually began sharing my own music.

Creativity is a natural part of my life, whether through music, yoga,

handmade crafts, collecting herbs, or gardening.

I love travelling, discovering new places, cultures, and ways of life. I'm fascinated by the diversity of nature and landscapes, local plants, gardening and how people grow food and live in harmony with their environment.

Connecting with people and communities brings me great joy. I love sharing my skills and passions, while learning from and being inspired by others. I find international environments especially enriching and full of life.

Life is constantly changing and evolving — and so am I. I love the journey of learning, exploring, creating, sharing, letting go, and opening up to new possibilities.

And that's how my project GO-ONg the Road was born.

Bringing together everything I love and enjoy, and sharing it along my travels.

Yoga came into my life at a time when my body was calling for slowing down, gentleness, and care. Experiencing its benefits inspired me to deepen my practice and become a teacher.

In 2021, I completed a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2022.

I have 4 years of experience teaching yoga classes and leading yoga retreats. I love drawing on my personal practice and both training traditions, blending different approaches to meet the needs of each group or individual.

I also enrich my classes with sound healing, mantra singing, and other practices such as intuitive dance, bioenergetic exercises, and more.

Through further study and training in gong playing, I expanded yoga relaxation into independent Gong Sound Baths, where I guide groups and individuals into deep relaxation through the sounds of healing instruments, conscious breathing, and guided meditation.

This deep state of relaxation can be profoundly restorative and transformative.

Healing instruments do not heal on their own. Rather, by guiding the body into a state of deep relaxation, they can support its natural self-healing processes.

Stress and tension are released, the nervous system is given space to recover, the mind becomes calm, and the body can restore its natural balance. Visions and profound insights may also arise during these experiences.

MANTRAS - KIRTAN

Mantras became an integral part of my KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. When I first heard the mantras of the Aquarian Sadhana, I experienced such joy, bliss, and a sense of upliftment that I immediately learned them and began playing and singing them during my training and later in my own classes.

During my repeated visits to Ram Dass Guru Ashram in Portugal, I had the honour of leading daily Kirtans, accompanying the chanting on both guitar and harmonium.

For me, chanting mantras is one of the easiest and most joyful forms of meditation, accessible to both experienced practitioners and complete beginners.

And the real magic happens when we chant mantras together in a group — Kirtan.

ORIGINAL MUSIC SINGING

Since around 2018, I have been going through a profound journey of personal transformation. Along the way, I began writing songs for myself whenever a new insight came to me, as a way of integrating it into my body and being.

Gradually, more and more songs emerged, and their form evolved as I did. At first, they were a way of healing myself. Over time, I started sharing them with people close to me, who were deeply touched by the songs and connected with them on a personal level.

People began asking me for recordings, and so, little by little, I found the courage to share my music with the wider world.

It has been, and still is, an adventurous journey of opening myself to the world, revealing my vulnerability, connecting with my inner strength, and stepping beyond my comfort zone. I love it!

MY CREATIVITY

I've always loved creating things with my hands, and creativity finds its way into so many parts of my life. In recent years, I've also discovered the joy of making my own unique jewellery, especially earrings from beautiful Czech crystal glass and traditional Czech glass beads.

I also love crocheting, sewing, working with clay, wood, and all sorts of other natural materials.

I enjoy collecting and processing medicinal herbs, as well as gardening and connecting with nature.

I simply love playing, experimenting, and following

whatever inspires me in the moment.
